Method of Payment

We welcome MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express cards. This also includes most check/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos, depending on your bank's policies.

Shipping

1. We ship by UPS ground. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box, or APO address.
2. Larger or heavier packages may require extra postage.
3. For personal checks allow 3 weeks.
4. Hawaii and Alaska requires air postage.

International: We are not accepting international orders at this time. (Including Canada)

APO / FPO
At Battlefield Adventures, we are committed to offering excellent products and astonishing customer service. That's why it's so important to us that your products arrive safely. We have tried unsuccessfully to offer APO/FPO shipping. However, the extra handling involved led to an extremely high percentage of lost and damaged items. This is why we no longer ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Estimated Shipping Time

1. UPS Ground = Delivery based on distance to destination. 1 to 5 business days.
2. UPS 2nd Day Air = Delivery typically by end of 2nd day.
3. UPS Next Day Air = Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. next day.
   

Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground. Although we ship most orders the same day or next business day after they are received, (Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays), please allow up to 3-5 days for processing your order before it is shipped.

On UPS shipments you should expect to receive your products in about 5 business days from the day we ship. We will send notification of shipment with a tracking number.

Tax

We collect sales tax of 7.25% on orders in California. This will be automatically calculated for you at Check Out.

Return Policy

Products must be returned within 7 days of our shipment date and product must be in saleable condition with all original tags in place. There is a 25% restocking charge and buyer pays shipping cost back to Ventura, CA. Items damaged in transit by U.P.S. must  be reported to us first, and then a claim will be made through U.P.S.
