Method Of Payment

We welcome MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express cards. This also includes most check/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos, depending on your bank's policies.

Shipping

USA: We offer low-cost flat rate shipping to USA addresses.

UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box, or APO address

Larger or heavier packages may require extra postage.

For personal checks allow 3 weeks.

Hawaii and Alaska requires air postage.

International: We are not accepting international orders at this time. (Including Canada)

Estimated Shipping Time

UPS Ground = Delivery based on distance to destination. 1 to 5 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air = Delivery typically by end of 2nd day.

UPS Next Day Air = Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. next day.

Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground. Although we ship most orders the same day or next business day after they are received, (Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays), please allow up to 3-5 days for processing your order before it is shipped.

On UPS shipments you should expect to receive your products in about 5 business days from the day we ship. We will send notification of shipment with a tracking number.

Tax

We collect sales tax of 7.25% on orders in California. This will be automatically calculated for you at Check Out.

Return Policy

Products must be returned within 7 days of our shipment date and product must be in saleable condition with all original tags in place. There is a 15% restocking charge and buyer pays shipping cost back to Ventura, CA.
